Volunteer Positions
Intake Facilitator
Schedules appointments for clients with certain needs. Helps facilitate the workflow for the intake area. Computer skills required.

Intake Worker
Interview families to gather information and determine needs and eligibility for assistance. Computer skills required.

File Manager
Maintain client files. Provide support to Client Receptionist. Process out-going mail. Basic computer skills required.

Administrative Receptionist
Answer incoming calls. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff. Basic computer skills required.

Client Receptionist
Greet clients and update/create new files for families seeking assistance. Computer skills required.
Pantry Workers & Stockers
Receive, stock and repackage incoming food items and fill client orders. Computer skills required.

Clothing Closet Worker
Sort, size and display incoming clothing. Assist clients with clothing orders. Basic computer skills required.

Maintenance Volunteers
General handyman skills needed for minor repairs, painting, plumbing, building shelves, gardening etc. Serve in an as-needed capacity.
Special Project Volunteers
Work on an as-needed basis with bulk mailings, school supplies, assisting with special events and other projects.
