Volunteer orientation includes observing each volunteer position to learn about the tasks involved and overall operation of IAM.
Volunteers are placed in a position based on their interests and capabilities.
There is training for each volunteer position. Volunteers who work in Intake participate in additional, specialized training.
Additional training and educational opportunities are available to all volunteers.
