Medi-Find helps chronically ill individuals,
in need of long-term prescription medications they cannot afford, access
free, or low-cost, medications through pharmaceutical manufacturers’ patient
assistance programs. Each drug company
has its own eligibility guidelines.
Medi-Find volunteers help determine eligibility, prepare or update
required forms and forward the forms to the patient’s doctors for approval,
verification, and submission to the drug companies. The pharmaceutical companies mail the
medications to the patient’s doctors.
For more information or to arrange for an appointment, call Ken Ring, Medi-Find Coordinator, at 697-7029. |
